Sizing
How do I choose the right size for my child?
Our sweats are designed for kids aged 4-13 years old! We base our sizes on the average unisex heights (measured in cm) for our 2 year age jumps. Please note that we cut our fits on the roomy side (because nobody wants some too-tight joggers or a snug hoodie!) so if your kid is on the small size for their age and at the lower age of our 2 year jumps (e.g. they are a small for their age and only just 6 years old) you
might want to take a size down.
My child is between two sizes. What should I do?
If your child is right in the middle of two sizes based on the heights in our size chart, we recommend going for the larger size. It’s always better to have a little extra room for growth, and our sweats have adjustable features like stretchy waistbands with drawstrings plus cuffs that are easy to roll up.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Returning an item is super easy! Simply email us at hello@whateversweats.com with
your Order Number let us know which items in your order you need to return. We’ll email you a prepaid return label to attach to your parcel. Then just drop it off at your nearest Post Office or collection point.
Are returns free?
Sorry, we don’t offer free returns. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, just email us at hello@whateversweats.com. We’ll email you back a returns label; your return costs £7 to cover shipping and processing. Just get it back in the post to us (for returns please make sure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all the tags attached) within 14 days of receiving your order and once we’ve received and inspected it we will refund your original payment method less the £7 shipping and processing costs.
How long do I have to return my items?
We are so sorry! Please take a picture of what you’ve received that clearly shows its size, colour and personalisation (if it’s personalised). Just email us this info to hello@whateversweats.com along with your Order Number. We’ll fix it!
Can I cancel orchange my order?
We aim to get all orders processed and dispatched as soon as possible! This means that non-Personalised items are shipped next day (for orders placed Monday-Friday), and Personalised items are put into processing within 12 hours (Monday-Friday). If you have changed your mind once you’ve placed an order or wish to change its colour/Personalisation please email us at hello@whateversweats.com and we’ll see what we can do to help.
I’ve received the wrong item/size!
We’re sorry if something didn’t arrive as expected! If the item is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us at hello@whateversweats.com as soon as possible. We’ll sort it out for you with either a full refund or a replacement (obviously with no cost to you for the return shipment!).
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
I received some Whatever as a gift. Can I return it to you directly?
You’ll have to contact the purchaser and ask them to return it to us, please.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer direct exchanges, but returning and reordering is super easy! Simply return the item you don’t want and place a new order for the size or color you need. We recommend acting fast as our drops tend to sell out quickly.
Why can’t I return Personalised sweats?
By adding Personalisation, we make your sweats one of a kind. Which means that they’re all yours and we can’t sell them to someone else if you change your mind. We hope you understand (and hope that you love your personalised sweats so much that you don’t want to return them!).
Do I need the original packaging to return an item?
Your hoodie or joggers box is yours to keep and reuse, if you’d like to keep it! You can either return your items in it, or in any box or bag that’s secure and protects the sweats. Just make sure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all the tags still attached. That means the stickers on the swing-tags too, please.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days. The money will be returned to the original payment method you used at checkout. You’ll get an email notification once your refund has been processed.
What happens if my return is outside the returns window?
If your return is outside our standard 28-day returns period, please get in touch with us. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and we’ll do our best to find a solution. Please note, returns outside the 28 days may not always be accepted, but we’re happy to help with any special requests!
SHIPPING
I haven’t received an order confirmation by email.
If you’ve successfully placed an order you should have received an automated order confirmation via email. If you haven’t, please contact us at hello@whateversweats.com so that we can look into this for you: it’s possible that the email address submitted by you was incorrect or that the email has ended up in an alternative folder in your email. It’s also possible that your order was unsuccessful. Whatever the issue, we’ll sort it for you ASAP.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey all the way to your door. You can track it anytime through the link provided. We’re as excited for you to get your order as you are!
When will I receive my order?
We dispatch non-Personalised orders within 24 hours and Personalised sweats are ready for dispatch at a maximum of 7 days after ordering. All our shipping is express, for next-day delivery after dispatch.
What are your shipping options and prices?
We like to keep it all simple and fast. So, all our deliveries are next day for orders placed before 2pm. If you’ve placed an order for Personalised sweats these currently take up to 7 days to dispatch for next-day delivery. All deliveries are a flat rate of £4. We offer free shipping on all orders over £125.
My order contains both Personalised and non-Personalised sweats: when will it ship?
Personalised sweats currently take up to 7 days to process and dispatch for next-day delivery. Your entire order will therefore be dispatched within this timeframe. If you need items dispatched next day then please opt to skip Personalisation and keep this order separate to any sweats that do have Personalisation.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Do you ship internationally?
Not quite yet, but we’re onto it! We ship within the UK as standard, but if you want to ship to anywhere else in the world please email us at hello@whateversweats.com and we’ll see what we can do to get our feel good vibes over to your country of choice.
Can I update an incorrect shipping address?
We get that these things happen! Please email us at hello@whateversweats.com with your Order Number and the new shipping address and as long as your order is not already out for dispatch we’ll do our best to get a new shipping label onto it in time.
I missed my delivery, what do I do?
If you’ve missed all delivery attempts made by our shippers and your item(s) gets returned to our warehouse, we’ll get your shipment right back out to you at a convenient date. Please note that we will need to charge you new delivery fees.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift notes?
We hope you’ll agree that our ‘cereal boxes’ are super giftable! We don’t currently offer additional gift-wrapping but we do offer gift notes: simply tell us what note you’d like to include (in the ‘Add Gift Note’ at Checkout) and we’ll include it with your order.
Are prices printed on your Dispatch notes?
Your receipt will be emailed to you swiftly after you have made your purchase and this includes all the pricing details. The dispatch note included in your box will not include pricing.
Do you sell in any retail stores?
Not yet! All orders are exclusively placed on our website but sign up to join Whatever World and we’ll keep you updated with info on pop-up shops and retail partnerships (and more!).
