Welcome to our website! We're so excited that you're here. By shopping with us, you're agreeing to our terms and conditions, so we thought we’d make them as easy to read as possible. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. About Us

We are Whatever, a UK-based clothing brand offering stylish and sustainable clothes for little ones (and bigger ones!). By placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. Our Products

We work hard to offer a curated selection of high-quality kids' clothing that you and the kids in your life will love. However, please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only, and while we try to show everything as accurately as possible, actual products may vary slightly in colour, design, or size.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.

While we make every effort to ensure our pricing is accurate, mistakes can happen! If we spot an error in pricing before your order is dispatched, we’ll let you know and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we’ve received it. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but just a heads-up that we’re working on it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in the unlikely situation that there’s an issue with stock, payment, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your order, we’ll give you a full refund right away.

5. Delivery

We offer express delivery as standard across the UK, and do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a tracking number once your shipment is on its way!

Please note that we’re not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (like strikes or bad weather). If there’s a delay on our end, we’ll let you know and keep you updated on your order’s progress.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you can return it to us within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund; just let us know within 14 days of receiving it and make sure the items are in unworn condition, with tags still attached.

Please note: You’re responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it’s faulty or incorrect. But don’t worry, our returns process is easy.

7. Faulty Items

We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty or damaged item! If that happens, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll arrange a free return and a replacement or refund for you. We aim to resolve any issues quickly and with as little hassle as possible.

8. Privacy & Security

We take your privacy very seriously. Any personal data you provide when shopping with us is securely stored and only used to process your order. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Gift Cards

Give a Whatever! Our gift cards are perfect for when you want them to choose it all! They can be redeemed against any item on our website, and they have no expiry date. Once you’ve made your purchase, the gift card will be sent to you via email.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Whatever and is protected by copyright. Please don’t copy or use any of our content without permission. We work hard to create great products and content, and we appreciate your respect for our intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

We’re committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. However, we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage that’s not caused by us, or for any indirect or consequential losses. We also can’t guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors, but we’ll do our best to make sure everything runs smoothly.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may occasionally update these terms and conditions to reflect changes in our services or the law. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the new terms will apply from the date they are published. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly to stay up to date.

13. Fraud

Whatever holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions via our online services. Whatever reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms & Conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or forward information on these transactions to authorities or the payment provider.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.

15. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, all obligations contracted by whateversweats.com are procrastinated. This means that the contract between you and Whatever can be partially or full terminated by either party in the event(s) of natural disasters, war, strikes, revolution, riot, import/export restrictions, transportation interference, failure of electricity/telephone/internet service and/or disease whether this strikes us as an organisation or one of our suppliers directly or indirectly.
