Join us on our journey to build the brand that owns kids' sweats.

Kids live in hoodies and joggers. So we're building the brand that owns them. Not another childrenswear label. Not fashion. Not trends. Just the world's best kids' sweats.

We're now opening the next chapter and inviting you to join us as we raise £250,000 to take Whatever into its next stage of growth. Some of the qualification for SEIS tax relief is still available.

I founded Whatever as a mum of three skateboarding-mad boys, combining my lifelong love of sweats- especially vintage ones- with the creativity and culture of skate brands like Palace and Supreme. I wanted to create the brand I couldn't find for my own children: sweats that always looked stylish and cool and felt even better. And rather than chasing seasonal fashion or dividing collections into boys and girls, Whatever builds an evergreen wardrobe through carefully curated colour drops that keep the collection feeling fresh all year round.

In our first year, we've proved the concept: launching a sell-out Pick 'n' Mix personalisation pop-up in Harrods, building an engaged community almost entirely organically, collaborating with Jaego's House, Soho House, Urban Artist Academy and London's iconic skatepark, BaySixty6, and earning editorial coverage everywhere from The Sunday Times Style to British Vogue.

Designed in West London and responsibly made in Portugal, our hoodies and joggers (with more to come soon!) are made from our proprietary MarshmallowTech™ fabric. Through fundraising, our ambition is simple: to become the brand parents instinctively think of whenever their child needs a new hoodie or pair of joggers.

We'd love you to be part of that journey.

The investment and risks

To make a profit on your investment, you would generally need to sell your shares for more than the amount you invested. This may only become possible if the business is sold, lists on a stock exchange or another future liquidity event takes place.

Investing in an early-stage company involves significant risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your capital. Shares in private companies are illiquid and may be difficult to sell. Dividends are not guaranteed, and future fundraising may dilute your shareholding.

Investments should only be made by people who understand these risks and can afford to lose the amount invested. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may change in the future.

We’ll only use your details in relation to this investment enquiry. Your information will never be shared with third parties.
