How big is the lettering?

Each letter is around 2.5cm tall. Bold enough to stand out, subtle enough to stay chic.
Where does the personalisation go on the clothes?

Joggers: just below the right side pocket—so it’s not hidden under their hoodie.

Hoodies: left chest. Clean. Intentional. Always cool.
What’s the character limit?

8 characters max. Why? Because we’ve tested it—and that’s the sweet spot. Not oversized, not cramped. Just right.
Can I return personalised items?

Nope, sorry. Once it’s customised, it’s made just for you. So triple-check the spelling before you hit go.
What if I change my mind?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, get in touch immediately and we’ll do our best to help. But once the needle hits the thread, it’s yours.
